Root ClockMod Recovery installed on accident.

So I loaded SPRecovery and then Smoked Glass and had no issues. I then played around with ROM Manager and now I have ClockMod Recovery instead of SPRecovery. Is there an easy way to get back to SPRecovery or back to stock? Any links would be awesome thanks.

if you use DM updater it will flash SPrecorvery

Place the sprecovery image on your sdcard, and either from a terminal or from an adb shell:

su
flash_image recovery /sdcard/sprecovery-version.name.img
reboot recovery

verify the recovery was flashed properly. Replace the actual file name with whatever you want to flash.
