Hi,
Please check out our new app ClockTrainer. An educational clock training program aimed at kids learning the clock.
It has an intuitive touch and drag interface for the hands of the clock. Like a real clock the hands are always synchronized to show an actual time.
This app has five languages for now, but I'll gladly add more if someone would like to assist.
Try it out, it's completely free and requires no permissions.
