Clockwordmod Problem! Help

Ok this problem happens every time for me and I really need some help with it. When i boot into recovery option to re-install pacakges doesn't show. Failed to verify whole-file signture and signature verification failed pops up. Im on an upgraded 2.3.6 Gingerbread, no custom ROMS, rooted. I've downloaded 3e recovery and Rom manager. Signature verification on flashable zips can be toggled, so if you are trying to flash an unsigned zip that is what you should do (a little while since I used CWM so not certain which menu that option is in).

Otherwise, what phone do you have. It's usually best to get advice from people familiar with the device's peculiarities.
