Clockwork Mod Tether help

I am not sure I am in the right place as I am new to AF, but I need help.

I downloaded and installed the clockwork mod tether app and I am having issues.

I got it to work once and got booted off right after. When I tried to reconnect I got the message "checking phone status...phone is connected" over and over and it would never connect. I figured it might have to do with the free trial time and decided to buy the paid version for $4.99. Waited until the next day and tried again...same message. I emailed the developer with no response.

Forgot about it until yesterday (10 days later) and it worked great the first time. Shut it down to tend to children and tried to connect again a little later and got the same "checking phone status...phone is connected" loop and it would never connect again. Tried the next evening and the same thing. Tried emailing the developer again and haven't gotten a response yet again.

Any ideas???!!!

I'm also having trouble with the Clockwork Tether app on my Galaxy S3. For me, it keeps saying device offline although my driver is working and I've plugged it back in a bunch of times, restarted the program, reinstalled.

Nothing's getting this thing to connect after it was working (somewhat) the past two days.
