Help ClockworkMod Backup Broke Down Link2SD Link

I took a complete backup of the phone using Clockworkmod. When I reboot the phone some of the apps were missing. I found out that Link2sd's link to second partition is not working and therefore apps have disappeared. Is it normal to face this problem after Clockworkmod backup?

It's years since I used Link2SD, but a nandroid backup/restore should preserve the links. I didn't use CWM but another recovery, but that shouldn't make a difference. The backup should indeed have included the stuff on the partition, unless it has lost that function at some point.

Can you ask Link2SD to rebuild the links and see whether that works?

One thing to watch with Link2SD: if you move the dalvik cache to sd and later wipe dalvik from recovery it will not be rebuilt on the card but in the internal storage. That's not exactly your problem, but I thought I'd mention it.
