Root ClockworkMod Help!

So today I rooted my Lg Spectrum and installed CWM. I wanted to install a new ROM and as I started the flash there was an error. It booted to original stock but any time I would try to open an app, it would give me a "force close" error on every app. So i restarted and now in will only boot to clockworkmod recovery v6.0.1.1 . It will not reboot to the stock rom. Tried restoring from backup will not work. When i restart, I dont even try to get boot to CWM recovery, it just goes to that screen. I am able to move around in recovery...if i could just go back to stock that would work for me. Anyone with any good ideas? Thanks!

Needed to know info
Does it boot and hang? Or does any boot attempt end up in clockwork?
Next, have you tried downloading CWM again and flashed the new download?

It does not boot. Any boot attempt it goes straight to clockwork. I have not tried downloading as it doesnt boot :/
If I would try and put a new ROM on the sd card, and trying installing the new rom, do you think that would work?

He's out of CWM now, but even thou he's running 6.0.1.1 , it still required the boot-loop-fix .zip to get him out. I guess I'll be keeping that file on my SD card a bit longer as well.

Haha yes i will be keeping it on my SD card. With 6.0.1.1 is that boot flag supposed to have fixed by this version? Just curious.
