Root clockworkmod nandroid sdcard mount error

in clockworkmod, im trying todo a backup and i get can't mount dev block mmcblk0p1. i did the unrevoked3 flash method.

can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 (or /dev/block/mmcblk 1)
no such file or directory
cant mount /sdcard

FYI: I can mount in usb mode as hard drive

Hmm... If this has never worked, you might want to flash cwm recovery again to make sure it 'takes'. If not from unrevoked, perhaps from Rom Manager.

If you are confident cwm is okay, then possibly reformat the sdcard from within the device. (Backup anything on it first).

If you still can't get it, it might pay to post over in xda, increased exposure to technical folks.

i installed cwm rom manager and it cant mount sdcard. is my sdcard bad?

could the reason be that i dont have an sd card in my htc incredible? i know i have 8gb flash. and nandroid wont backup bc there is no sd card!

Sounds about right, sd card is sd card, not emmc.
