I'm having issues on my Nexus7 getting a clean flash. I'm wiping everything I think I can with Clockwork but can seem to get a clean install. There's cruft from another ROM still effecting new flashes.
Should I be "Fixing Permissions" and what does it really do? (I have tried it actually with no seeming effect)
EDIT: Seems this was a common issue. I resolved it by flashing stock through fastboot using NRT.
