3) wipe system in twrp

4) go into restore from twrp

5) restore using the backup provided

6) flash the zip also prp vided

7) wait for boot and enjoy kitkat"

This is a TWRP backup of the stock firmware for the SGH-T399N and as long as you can boot into TWRP it can restore you to stock.
