Hi, welcome to Android Forums.
It depends on what browser you are using. However, the stock browser on my One has a tab indicator at the top right of the page showing the number of open tabs. If you tap it you can then close tabs by tapping the x at the top right of each tab.
Chrome browser has the same tab indicator but has a sub menu which has the option to 'close all tabs'.
Opera mini has the tab indicator in a tool bar at the foot of the screen.
In Dolphin browser the tabs show at the top of the page, the current tab has an x to close it.
Hope this helps.
