Is there any app that provides a unify single storage view composites of multiple free online cloud storage services (i.e. sugersync, google drive, dropbox...etc). Users would see a single folder (or a driver letter) with the total capacity of the sum of all his online free cloud storage. Users always manage all his files/resources through this unify view. The app manages different cloud services behind the scene for users.

I don't think its possible because all the cloud services have different API and security encryptions. The closest you can get is a single app that can access all of them.
