Root Cm10 "Theme Error"!???

Okay right now I'm running on cm10 beta rom
I keep getting the "Theme Error"

This theme was improperly compiled and
cannot be applied. Please report to author.

So I have searched and searched for a fix.
Most say to
apply system theme
Reboot
Apply theme again
Reboot

Yet never works any other fix out there???
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated

It's probably because it's still in beta/alpha stage

Are you trying to run an HDPI theme?

I have found that some running same rom
Have had no problems
So im not very sure

All cm10 themes really
Now and then i will get lucky and some will work
One outa ten times maybe

Same happens to me
I found two themes DAT work BT they r ugly so I uninstalled dem
I hope they fix it or find a fix!!!
