You can use rom toolbox lite. Use the build prop editor in their

Does this work with hdpi xhdpi themes? because before i could get all mdpi themes to work but the problem is that there are very little mdpi themes as compared to those other 2.

For HDPI make them 240 the other, I don't know.

Just download a DPI changer from the play store, it's much better.
