Root CM12 Nightly flash errors

Took me a bit to figure this out so thought I would share.

update as not behaving. removing bootloader check in updater script. 5.1.0 bootloader not yet supported by CM

CM 12.1 nightlys came out a few days ago... seems to work pretty good. Using TWRP 2.8.6.1 recovery.

Have found the same and have updated the Starship Kernel for 12.1. Merged my 3.4.65 Kernel with CM's 12.1 Kernel and has been running pretty sweet.
