Just out of curiosity why would you want to go back 2 OS versions?

Some people like cm7 a lot better than newer android versions. I can't say that I'm one of those people. But I will say that when I was testing it for this phone, it was the fastest rom I've had on any phone. Even faster than the iPhone and it's OS at the time. No glitches, no wait, no anything, even in high graphic games. It just worked and it worked perfectly (for the features that all worked).

Honestly though, cm10 is coming along really well and development should probably stick to that. Maybe cm10 will get just as fast as cm7 was.

I can see the appeal as far as performance. GB based ROMs will definitely perform better on single core/512mb ram devices. But on the same note you lose a lot as relates to applications and functionality, most app developers etc (new apps) tend not to lean toward backwards compatibility... But I'll agree with you CM7 was fast on my DINC.

Been scrolling through all LG OE. topics and saw a couple of them asking and pushing for cm7 to be done so i apologyze for the topic, kinda new at this my self
