cm9 that I've istalled is dead slow and every app is crashing

hi,
. I've flased cm9 (stable) replacing cm7.2mebitek which was slow. but this is damn slow
and these were working fine wen i used them a year ago. i even ve lesser apps now..
every app is forcing close. ive never experienced this even for unstable roms .
ive cleared cache, checkd for virus, cleared space on sd.. nothing worked.. pl help

just try again & clear cache,dalvick,battery stats before & after. did u partition sd card?
