Cobalt S1010 tablet operation help needed

I just bought this tablet on ebay. Specs and price were good. I received it yesterday and user manual is in such poor English that much of it doesn't even make sense!
Is anyone familar with this device?

Sorry, I am not familiar with that tablet but I did see your thread in the Android Lounge and perhaps someone will more readily see your thread there.
I wish you luck and I'm curious about that tablet and will do some searching around for it too
