Apps Code for creating 'roulette' wheel circle

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to create an app which starts off using a spinning wheel from which the user spins and selects an option (similar to a roulette wheel).

Can anybody point me in the right direction as to where there may be hints to creating the code.
