Apps Coding CSS3, HTML5, & javaScript on a phone/tablet, possible?

Hi all,

First off, I hope this is the right forum for this. Since it's not about any specific tablet/phone model/brand I thought it'd be ok.
I have an HTC Panache (Android 2.3), but I am a total rookie when it comes to tablets. I haven't used one even for a quick try at a store. But I'm very interested in them as I very much like the idea of being able to do many things with one device almost anywhere. But I prefer to use them for productivity than just mere fun. Reason why I was wondering if coding CSS3, HTML5, & javaScript on a tablet is possible, at the very least on my phone. Obviously I need to be able to code it & test it on a browser too. I googled it but it took me nowhere. I also tried finding any apps for this but again, no luck.
Any ideas?

This time I did find various editors for web languages (Google Play), I don`t know how I didn`t see them before (rolling eyes).

I want to mention, that although it is possible, it is NOT suggested! It provides for a very poor and inconsistent user experience.
