Color correction for photos?

When viewing photos using gallery or quick pic, all my photos have a green tint. Is there an app to compensate for this? Or an app to measure the display on the phone, and pre-process the photos on a PC before copying over to the phone?

If these are photos taken with your camera, then the white balance / colour correction may not be set right.

The photos are taken on a DSLR and they look perfect on my PC, and on my friends' PC.

AMOLED screens and that damn green tint...
