Android Question

Guest
I just purchased a new phone (Inew V3) and I'm having some trouble with it.
Before putting my 2 sim cards in, I started installing some apps and everything was working perfectly.
When I was finished, I finally inserted my sim cards only to get the "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" error whenever I try to power it on. Initially, I thought it had something to do with the fact that I had been copying my old text messages from my old phone, and after rebooting it several times, I just gave up and decided to reset it.
That didn't work though, as I keep getting the same error, and am unable to use my phone with the sim cards on, since the error message keeps popping up.
Help? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried all permutations of the two sim cards in the two slots (and one slot at a time - I realise they are different sizes)? If nothing works, I would return the phone as faulty.
