Help com.android.settings problem

Hi there
I have this problem with my new galaxy s2, yesterday a similar message appeared when i was editing my contacts so I couldn't edit anymore, I did "clear cache" on the application managing and the message stopped showing. today I'm having a similar problem in the power saving settings, every time I try to access the "user settings for the power saving" (im trying to change the settings because the battery reduces really fast) there i get a black screen for 2 seconds then this message com.android.settings stopped...then it goes back to the main screen without opening the settings
Im really frustrated since i have the phone for 3 days and already a lot of bugs, I'm using 2.3.4 version and skarbnik rom 1.3 since I need it for my language. any help how to stop this message from showing all the time please?

did you do a full wipe+factory reset before installing this rom?
If not, I suggest you do and flash the rom again.

I didnt install this rom the store I bought the phone from did, and the guy there looked like he knew what he's doing, anyway the problems wasn't there on the first place..so I don't think that the store fault , I searched the site and I saw some people had the same message but not on the power saving setting, so their solution don't help me.

As it was done at the shop I would take it back

If you dont want to do that then I would try doing it yourself.
you will need to root your device using CF-Root
Your rom appears to by KH3 based, so download the appropriate KH3 cf root

Download: skarbnik rom

if you store contacts and calendar locally on the phone as opposed to centrally in your google account then yes you will. Your apps will need to be downloaded again as will all your home screen icons.
You will not lose anything stored on neither the sd card and extremal sd cards
