Root Com.Android.systemui crashes all th time

Nothing new since today :S. Should I just reinstall?

A couple things you could try are -
If you have xposed installed.. It's more than likely one of the modules causing the issue. Like gravity box or xblast tools etc.. If so you might want to first disable any modules installed to see if that's the problem.
Try booting into safe mode for a day or so and see if the problem still persists. If it doesn't happen while in safe mode then it's and apps or something causing the probmem.
You could also boot into recovery and wipe the data and cache.
As a last resort you could either boot to recovery and perform a factory reset and see if that fixes it or reflash your ROM.

M'y phone isn't flashed, I've disabled all xposed modules I've also noticed if I take a picture, while its being treated (seconds after being taken) the picture simply becomes grey any other idea?

Make sure you've completely uninstalled the xposed inside the installer menu.

Also he meant to reinstall whatever ROM you were running. You still haven't shed some light on what your setup is. Is it running on stock both ROM and kernel? Are you mix matching kernel and ROM of different sources? Who knows... We can't can't really help until you know who to explain the problem.

Okay... that's still vague but it seems like you haven't done much but rooted and installed xposed. Your on stock so uninstalling the framework of xposed would be the only thing that would get rid of the constant fc.

Here's the link of the dev's thread for xposed. On the bottom of the first post is a link with a .zip that will disable xposed when you flash it in a custom recovery. Flash it and you'll be able to navigate through your phone again.

The only mod which isn't much is root and exposed stick everything else

Root by its self won't cause any problems.
If xposed is the only mod you have installed, which is actually a heavy and complicated system modification and you have systemUI crashes and now a camera issue... Then I'm sure it's something with xposed that's causing the problems. I would completely disable and uninstall all xposed modules and the xposed framework all together.
Also try running your device in "Safe Mode" for a day or more to make sure that it's not a 3rd party app. Safe mode can be run on any nexus 5, stock ROM or not.
Something to consider also is that not all apps and xposed mods haven't been updated to be completely compatible with 4.4.3+ and can cause issues and bugs on your device.

So... Your still on the stock recovery then?

I mean if the above doesn't work, then the only other options really are to wipe the dalvik cache (custom recovery) and wipe cache partition (stock or custom recovery) or to perform a factory reset through recovery... This works on both a stock or custom recovery.
Other than that you might want to just reflash your stock ROM, as in the stock 4.4.3 or 4.4.4 images or OTA.
