com.google.process.gapps has stopped

pls help me i cannot open my play store.,every time i restart, it says"unfortunately,the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped.,what shall i do?

Which device do you own? Have you tried heading to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Play and Clearing Cache & Data?

i dont have any kind of wifi facility ,but my pc contains bluetooth facility and its in a good condition ....
can u tell me how to connect the pc broadband net via bluetooth to an android phone .....!!!!!!
