Hi all,
This weekend, I had activated my new Motorola XPRT on Boost Mobile. Within the first few hours of activation until now, I have gotten the recurring message "The process com.motorola.service.main has stopped unexpectedly."
The message occurs when my email and Gmail apps are open and (I believe) when they attempt to retrieve messages. The error will quit out my email app, which is why I am never receiving any email notifications.
I do have a corporate (MS Exchange) email set up, and I have seen around on other Motorola devices that this is the cause of the issue, but I would like to keep this email set up on my phone. I have also seen the issue possibly being related to Gmail, but I am not sure exactly how it relates.
Has anyone experienced this issue and possibly know any solutions? I am not having the greatest out-of-box experience
