So what the hell is this? No matter how many times I kill it, and have added it to both the Task Panel App killer app AND the ES Task manager apps AUTOKILL list, it still keeps loading up...

any idea on what it is and how the hell we get rid of it?? :-)

No idea what it is. I found this as well, I'd kill it, it would re-open.
Only way to get rid of it...root the phone. You can remove it. And even the guys who give you the code/command to remove it, they dont know what it is lol. That useful. I've removed it and no problems so, idk.
 
Well then guess its time to root. EEEEEK. Hope that dumies guide to rooting really is a dummies guide LOL.

Wish me luck. Will attempt today...

Just a guess based on the name

com.sonyericsson.learningclient

Could it be some sort of error reporting/logging for SE..
