Coming from the HTC Incredible 4G

Has anyone got this phone that came from the HTC Incredible 4G? That is the phone I have now and am wondering if this is worth the outright upgrade? I see Verizon is selling this one outright for $349.99 Online right now. The dimensions of the phone overall are pretty much identical. I don't like large phones so this might be a good choice...

Well it seems nobody came to this phone from the HTC Incredible 4G. So what did you come to this phone from and do you feel it would be worth buying it outright. Verizon actually has it the cheapest at $349.99 right now.
