After the nexus what will be the next big phone to be released?

Phones of interest to me so far, HTC Edge and Galaxy S III

I'm hearing the NEXUS PRIME with a 4.65 inch screen and a 1.5 gig processor is coming this 4Q, but not sure where...It should hit Verizon 1st, and possibly Sprint. Also will have Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0...

1.2 Ghz dual core processor, it is rated at 1.5 but underclocked on the nexus. It looks like VZW should get it first or at the same time as TMO.

It will probably contain ARM's Cortex A9/A15 CPU, Quad Core upto 1.5GHz, GPU will be either PowerVR SGX543MP2 or ARM's Mali-T604 imo.

Almost certainly will have a SAMOLED HD screen, hopefully without pentile this time.

Just guesses, Samsung usually manage to be a step up when it comes to hardware specs.

I hope the GS III (International Version) has a physical home button. I don't like the on screen ICS 'buttons'. Other than that, the specs you mentioned seem pretty spot on.
