Help Comma missing from keyboard (voice input turned off)

Looking everywhere online and it seems the comma being removed in favour of the voice input button is a common complained issue. Unchecking voice input is supposed to bring it back, but instead all I get is...a bigger '?123' button. Just what I needed.

How do I get the comma back? I like to write sentence correctly, yet quickly.
