Was playing on my Samsung galaxy j7. Now the command bar or toolbar moved to bottom of my screen. I installed and uninstalled some google apps. I forgot which. By doing this I messed up my display page but was able to get it back. M preinstalled browser is Internet, but I set my home page to google. Any suggestions on how to return this "bar" to the top. Also the TABS is missing.
Thanks
I won't play around any more
