Help Command for "making lists"

Is there a basic command while using the (I think stock) microphone that I can make lists that show up like this:
milk
bread
yogurt
fruit
instead of like this:
milk bread yogurt fruit

Maybe it's app dependent. I use Evernote and Sticky Note.

I say "new line" or "new paragraph" between items to make a list (I'm using Swype Beta, but I suspect you can do this with the regular keyboard as well).
