Community Support

[Android Question]

In the sticky off-brand phones and tablet. Most support in this community in general is by those that live in the U.S/U.k or Europe but does one find such a community that is robust like this that exist on the Asian side and if one buys a device(phone) that use specs with MTK chipset and such I seen being discussed. Some users(s) on this site claim there will be no support if any here on this community. I can agree about that. But could I go to them for help and what about those that need solutions for their devices from the east where do they get help "from us" or their own community

People here will offer support where they can. The problem with supporting those devices is that the manufacturers themselves usually provide little or no support as well as few people here having them (which means few have actual experience of them), and the development communities for those devices are very limited compared to what popular mainstream devices have (and these things are connected: manufacturer support aids developers as well). In fact I'd say that the strongest warnings in the sticky post are about lack of manufacturer support and often poor quality control, with the difficulty of providing community support being a secondary consideration.

So if you can find a community who are able to provide support for such a device, then sure, of course you can go to them.
