Complete action using (crop for home screen)

Hi I have the note 3 and I selected my new wallpaper for the home screen it gave me the option to complete action using two different crop programs! the one gives and larger crop of the image and the other a smaller crop of the image with distorts the quality soon as it is displays as your home screen.

when it asked me to complete action using the two crop programs I choose the smaller crop program and selected (always) now every time i choose and wallpaper the image is distorted. how can i fix this please!!!

Manage apps
Find the "bad" cropping app either under the all or downloaded tabs
Press clear defaults

Now try again but select the right one!
