Help Complete wipe

Hello.

I am trying to delete all data on my S2. I have tried the hard wipe instructions (hold up+home power) but when I am setting back up I can see folders for all my old apps. I want to start with a completely fresh phone.

How do I do that?

USB wipe sorted it.
