I'm looking for a volume regulator for Winamp or all of Android. Songs are all over the place and, it's strange. Want them to be the same level

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Rob

Go to the equalizer and set it to flat?

Would that help set it as stated above?

An equalizer is just a tone control, it won't help you here. I use MP3GAIN on my laptop and convert my MP3 files before I copy them to my phone.

I don't think there is an app for Android that does this...
