computer not recognizing my phone

Samsung galaxy phone blacked out and I need to back my phone up, but my computer is not recognizing my phone. What can i do ?
 
Install the Samsung driver. (Or plug the SD card into a computer or laptop with an SD slot.)

BTW, contacts that were entered as Google contacts are backed up on Google and will be picked up by your new phone automatically.)
