I have a Verizon Note 3. I need to transfer pictures from it to my laptop. I used the USB hook up and on the phone changed it to camera. My laptop will not recognize it. Do I have to install everything first? Spent over two hours trying to figure it out. I did have a Note 2 and used it this way with no issue. Help, very frustrated!
