Concept Phone

That thing is going to have a 30 minute battery life, can't fit anything in those sides that would last near long enough to be useful. I don't see that thing ever becoming reality.

I can't wait until people start bitching because the only way to get it is to buy it without upgrade for around $175,000-200,000.

Yes, I'm betting you'll have to buy the current Vantage, DB whatever, or Virage.

maybe by the time its out my aston martin accounts will have enough money! the GF and I both decided that on our 40th birthdays were gonna buy each other an aston martin, i figure 20 years is plenty of time to save up!

Just looks like a lump of glass. How are you supposed to use it? Publicity stunt for Aston Martin no doubt.

I imagine the same way we use our current phones. Touch screen and all the like. Go back thirty years. The touch screen was probably a concept then. How on earth were we to get a usable touch screen? Nobody knew at the time either.

Out of all the phones I've seen that only like 2 people in the world could afford, this one is certainly the coolest. Alot better than that tag heuer abomination anyway.

Unless they intend you to hold it like a taco to your ear, I see no earpiece or microphone, so therefore it's not a phone.

This has nothing on the NS08 that was posted a while ago.

I just viewed that pomegranate phone. All the software stuff is doable on Android, except none of them are projector phones yet--the equivalent being an android phone with an HDMI port. But the hardware...now that's a hell of a thing. => If I wasn't into customizing and going all nerdy about my phone, and I just wanted to buy one and keep it as is, and money was no object, I'd buy that phone, or at least one for whoever I marry lol. The phone that brews your coffee. Nice haha. I just don't see how it can really hold that much water.

Mostly. Although aston cars are hardly rebadged Volkswagens. Theyre much better for what they are supposed to be, so you're not only paying for pedigree but also craftsmanship, performance, technological innovation....

I've seen transparent see-through LCD screens, but these are more of a novelty than really practical.
Sony-Ericsson done one.

Also this AM phone appears to have no mouthpiece or earpiece. 'guyver_dio' suggest that one might have to hold it like a taco to one's ear, like the Nokia n-gage.

Hmmmmm, that's not very good.

TBH I think in 30 years time, one is more likely to see flexible technology which can roll-up small. Say a tablet which will roll-up and can go in your pocket.

I don't. I see some dots and lines printed or etched on the glass, where the mouthpiece and earpiece should be.

Again, assuming this is real (and that is a big assumption), is it not possible that these things are somehow hidden? just because we don't see them in a concept phone image doesn't mean there is no way they could be there. It is what it is, a concept. No need to deconstruct it to oblivion.
