Help Configuration Message List

Hello

I received a notification called "Configuration Message List" when clicking on it it takes me to app info for an app that's a green speech bubble with a smiley face! called OMACP.

If I open the messages and click the left button to display the option settings I see the first option is "configuration message" by clicking on it I see the same green speech bubble with the words "CP message" next to it.
Also the options for that is
Configuration message - Application: Browser
Configuration message- Application: MMS

Clicking both of these opens the settings like APN...proxy..port...etc
And bottom of that either "cancel" or "install"

Sounds like APN (internet settings) sent by your carrier for internet and mms

Nope. No 3G working.

Hmm. Go to Settings More Settings, Mobile Networks, Access Point Names and see if the settings are installed and checked

And Mobile Data is enabled?
Is the H or 3g icon showing in status bar?

I've contacted the carrier and everything is set correctly!
What's wrong?

Ive no idea to be honest mate. Do you have any other phones you can put the sim in to test it?
Do you mean "yes" the 3g or H symbol is showing btw?
