Apps Configuration with - keep class vi.com . ** { *; }

On A/S64 2.2.3, where and how to I modify the configuration file?

Apparently I need to insert "-keep class vi.com.**{*;}"

Unfortunately I don't even know what that means and it would be wonderful if someone can point me to some detailed literature on this subject mattter.
