I see so many threads of people complaining about issues after updating to ICS, well I have had 0 issues so far it is actually better and I love the new layouts and setups so why is everyone having so many issues? LOL

Simply because not all phone setups are the same, neither are content and settings. This variable plus the method by which a user may have updated and with which network or phone, combine to make different error paths as they might with different computers running the same software.
Also usage comes into play; if you are a heavy user of multiple apps, tweaks and customisation then you are probably more likely to find bugs than the person whom simply call+texts, internet and email occasionally.
