confused not able to download attached files

having a problem downloading audio attachments sent through txt messages and i know you are supposed to do a long press and wait for the menu to pop up but mine never pops up so i cant save any picture or audio files ppl send me and i made sure to check the unknown sources box in settings under unknown sources so i dont know what else to do

make sure your long press is on the message part and not on the attachment itself.

where do the files go after saved i looked in my ringtones and they arent there

not sure exactly, i suggest getting a decent file manager app like astro or es file explorer

also everyone has said i should get an option save as ringtone and i never get that even on the files i get from the verizon store
