connect 4g camera display incredibly dark

if the room isn't bright, I can't see anything on the screen to compose or focus. Once the pic is taken though, with or without flash, the pic turns out as expected. The crappiest phone cameras have been better than this. You can turn on the "torch" function of the flash, but it shouldn't be necessary. Anyone else have this issue?

i wonder if they will be a software update to fix ,cause its annoying

Same problem here. Didnt try anything about it but maybe there are better camera apps on the market

This happened to me too (I even started a thread) but the other day (about a week ago) my camera went back to normal. I have no idea why but it did.

mines been like this from day 1... was yours "normal" when you got it, then it got dark, or was it always dark?

It was dark at first. Then it suddenly cleared up and was back to "normal". Back when it was dark I didn't have the option to take panoramic photos but then suddenly that option was available and the camera cleared up. I had to reset my phone yesterday and now it's dark again but the panoramic option is still there. I regret having to reset
