Root Connect randomly deletes music playlist...

I never had this problem before I rooted my device, but every now and again the playlist I set in my music player/s just randomly disappear and reappear whenever they feel like it. Any one else having this issue?

This happens on the esteem. I suspect it has to do with where the playlist is stored (internal sd on the esteem) but is one of those things that no update has fixed
