connect to Internet in x8 via win xp

hello
I want connect to internet in android phone (x8) via pc(win xp) with wifi .
I have a usb adaptor(Maxtor brand) and an adsl modem.
I shared my local area connecton and wireless network connection took ip(192.1368.0.1)
also i configured wireless network connection.
but when I turn the wifi of my phone on ,I don't see SSID name.
what do i do?? for this issue

Just to confirm, you have internet on your computer and a Wi-Fi network card on your PC and you want to share your internet through that wireless card? If this is the case then you won't be able to do that. The only way would be if that wireless card that you have already supports the option to create a Wi-Fi Hotspot. Otherwise you will need to get a Wi-Fi router.
