Root Connected! Press the [Start] of Odin3

I tried to install CynagenMod10 on my Galaxy Tab 8.9 but went wrong somewhere and ended up on Odin3 Download mode. At the bottom of the list it says "Connected! Press the [Start] of Odin3" and in the middle of the screen is the android logo and it says underneath "downloading... Do not turn off target. I had copied over the CM10 Rom and Gapps to the device and have selected Wipe Data/Factory Reset before going wrong. Can someone help please, thanks
