wont connect to wy fi. what is the problem and how can i fix it.

I'm afraid we'll need more information in order to work out what the problem is. For example, is this all WiFi access points or just some, does it fail to turn on, fail to see the network, fail to connect or does it connect but fail to get an IP address (so connected to the router - signal bars look OK - but no internet connection)? Does it work with open (no password) connections but not with those which require a password? Does the router have any other access control (e.g. a whitelist of allowed MAC addresses)?
Could you post again giving as much information as possible about what you have tried, what happens, answers to any of the above questions that you are able to answer? There's no such thing as too much information - there could be many causes, and all we know is what you tell us.
