Are you trying to mirror your Galaxy S4 screen on your PC? (if so, what type of inputs do you have on your monitor? If you have HDMI, you could try chromecast)
Or are you just trying to mirror notifications? If so, try pushbullet
Look man, i need to connect my screen to my laptop and to navigate in screen with mouse. I saw this that works on iPhone but i cannot find anything about Android. Any help?
I tried to Goggle 'mirror galaxy s4 screen on laptop' and got loads of hits. Try is without the 'S4' and you'll probably get more but ones just as relevant. You'll just have to research until you hit on a method that will work for you.
