Connecting to wifi

Can't get my cruz T408 tablet to connect to wifi. Help. My isp wants to charge me a $39 fee to help me. Where can I find info. My isp is comcast. Can anybody tell me why wi-fi symbol comes up with a ? on top of it?

Welcome to the forum avanell.

This has always sorted wifi problems out for me so it's worth trying. So open up your routers home page using your pc and change the channel it's using. I had a problem where other devices running on the same channel were coursing interference, so changing the channel from 7 to 11 worked for me.
