When I connect my new Droid Ultra to my computer with USB all that shows up is the camera. I would like to transfer music and find a ringtone I downloaded, but the only file that shows up is the camera.
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but the only thing that shows when I pull down the drop down list is the time, date and the temperature of my location. At the top right of the list is kind of a square box and when I tap on it, I get Brightness, Settings,my wifi, The amount of battery I have left, airplane mode, bluetooth and location.
I'm assuming you are on a Windows machine.
I'm assuming you installed the dr9vers on your Windows machine.
When that is the case each time the connection is established the entry will show up in the drop down list on your phone. There are two choices in that list.
It took Motorola Device Mgr 3 times to get the drives downloaded, but it finally worked and I was able to find my ringtone and copy it to the correct file. Now I'm going to try to transfer music. Thanks for your help!
